“A Future Within Reach: From Disenchantment to Dialogue on EU Integration” project.

The project will empower EDYN members in Albania, Montenegro, and North Macedonia to advocate for greater youth participation in their countries’ EU integration process. After deepening their knowledge of how to run effective advocacy campaigns during three capacity-building trainings, participants will lead their own advocacy campaigns on the youth’s role in enlargement negotiations. They will engage with institutions and policymakers responsible for EU-related reforms, and they will reach the public through an online awareness campaign, which will feature content tailored to local nuances and in local languages.

“Strengthening Democratic Resilience through Desinformation Dialogue and Youth Depolarisation” project.

This project aims to strengthen democratic resilience across EDYN’s region through two initiatives: a roundtable bringing together young political leaders, civil society actors, media professionals, and experts to address the impact of disinformation and polarisation on democratic systems, followed by two follow-up trainings in Slovakia focused on depolarisation and conflict management skills. The Prague roundtable will provide participants with a cross-regional understanding of how disinformation and polarisation erode institutional trust, social cohesion, and cooperation among democratic actors. Building on these insights, the Slovakia-based trainings will equip civically and politically active young people – including participants from the Prague dialogue – with practical tools to communicate across differences, navigate conflict, and counter polarising narratives in their local contexts.
