Eligibility: EDYN members, dependent upon certain criteria
Organized by: National Democratic Institute

The Program Design and Implementation workshop is intended for EDYN members seeking an increased knowledge of project development, from the beginning stages of identifying a proposal or application request to developing a log frame, budget, and planning activities, to monitoring program implementation and reporting. Applicants for this workshop should have an intermediate-level knowledge of program development, as evidenced by two or more years of relevant work experience, or evidence of direct benefit from this workshop.

Through a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands-on approaches, the workshop will focus on topics such as:

  • What a Request for Applications/Proposals is and how to respond;
  • Program activity development and budget creation;
  • Reporting expectations and how to write a report;
  • Monitoring and evaluation.

Out of the submitted applications, 10-12 will be selected based upon their experiences and application materials. The workshop will be held in Pristina, Kosovo from June 23 to 24, 2023.
