EDYN HQ is thrilled to open a call for applications for a three-day trip to Vienna to participate in GLOBSEC’s CEE Her Workshop. EDYN HQ will select four female EDYN members from the Western Balkans. All expenses (airfare, accommodation, and meals) will be covered.

GLOBSEC is a global think-tank committed to enhancing security, prosperity and sustainability in Europe and beyond. As part of GLOBSEC’s CEE Her Initiative, the event will bring together a group of young female experts from the Western Balkans who specialize in EU affairs, enlargement, economic development, the green and digital transition, democracy, and the rule of law. Through briefings with policymakers, consultations with experts, and tailored mentoring sessions, the trip provides a unique opportunity for capacity-building, networking, practice-sharing, and leadership development.

The sessions will focus on the role of women in shaping the future of the Western Balkans; on the current challenges facing the region (including foreign malign influence, disinformation, and democratic backsliding); and on building a successful and impactful career as a woman, tackling barriers and embracing opportunities.
