Dear EDYN Members,
We are pleased to announce an upcoming opportunity for EDYN members interested in enhancing their diplomatic skills and understanding of international protocol. EDYN HQ is hosting a comprehensive Diplomatic Protocol Training designed to equip participants with the knowledge and expertise necessary to navigate the intricacies of diplomatic interactions with confidence and grace.

Through this training participants will gain practical insights and hands-on experience, especially:
- Learn the intricate rules of conduct and cultivate positive relationships with courtesy, class, and politeness in corporate, social, and diplomatic interactions.
- Navigate corporate and diplomatic landscapes with finesse, avoiding missteps and faux pas.
- Learn official and informal communication with national authorities and foreign partners.
- Develop personal etiquette, dress code, and dining skills for professional success.
- Acquire skills to organize representational events that project an image of success and prestige.
- Provide superior event management service to beneficiaries, partners, and the public, fostering positive relationships with grace and courtesy.
- Enhance their communication skills and public relations with the media, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and the general public.
The training will be conducted by experienced experts in the field of diplomacy and protocol, providing participants with valuable insights and practical guidance.

Financial and practical conditions of participation
The training is organized by EDYN HQ. Participants are expected to arrive in Budapest on 30 May and depart on 3 July 2024. Travel expenses, boarding, and lodging will be covered by the EDYN HQ. The working language of the training will be English.
Application and selection of participants
Candidates must apply by submitting their CV and a motivation letter (detailing their interest in the training, relevant experience, skills, and how the training will contribute to their personal and professional growth).

The selection committee, comprising EDYN HQ and LC representatives, will select up to 15 participants based on their applications and outlined criteria.
