The training would focus on topics such as
- types of leadership,
- qualities of a leader,
- communication skills,
- and conflict resolution.
The training is for people who have some experience in leadership positions.
Out of the submitted applications, we will select 12-15 participants whose profiles will fit the training the most. We look forward to seeing you at this workshop in Albania.
