Organized by: National Democratic Institute

The Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop is intended for EDYN members who are looking to learn about the process of collecting data and evaluating the results of a project. Participants should have some familiarity with monitoring and evaluation and should seek to improve their skills.

Through a combination of lecture and practical sessions, the workshop will focus on topics such as:

  • Developing a monitoring and evaluation plan,

  • Setting SMART goals,

  • Data collection methodologies,

  • Conducting final project assessments.

Out of the submitted applications, we will select 12-15 participants whose profiles will fit the training the most. We look forward to seeing you at this workshop in Romania.
