After another unprecedent year, the European Democracy Youth Network (EDYN) opens for membership applications. Despite the pandemic that impacted all of our lives, EDYN grew in membership as well as institutionally. Thanks to an enormous effort and dedication of its members, EDYN welcomed almost 100 new members in the Spring of 2020, we opened network’s physical headquarters in Summer 2021 and resumed in-person activities.

Today, we invite people who are active in the public life – activists, politicians, journalists, and others – and who share our values to participate in the network’s success and leverage membership benefits.

We truly believe every young person who is active in public life in the post-totalitarian countries shall find and receive help when defending the freedoms that their parents’ generation struggled for. EDYN will continue supporting those who refrain from the policies of hate and divisiveness, because we believe these people are instrumental for the future of their countries.

EDYN is an idea. An idea that the young generation can do better and can overcome the polarization that grows within our societies. We know all ideas are only as strong as the people who believe in them. We understand there is more that unites us than what divides us, and this is where our strength comes from.

Consider joining us as a friend, as a professional, but mainly as a true believer this generation can do better. Learn more about membership here.
