Eligibility: All members

Organized by: National Democratic Institute

The Project Management Workshop is intended for EDYN members who are looking to learn about the process of managing a project successfully from start to finish. Participants should have some familiarity with project management and should seek to improve their skills.

Through a combination of lecture and practical sessions, the workshop will focus on topics such as:

  • stakeholder analysis,
  • budget management,
  • communication,
  • teamwork,
  • and a small portion will be dedicated to monitoring and evaluation (there will be a separate workshop dedicated to this topic in the coming months).

Out of the submitted applications we will select 12-15 participants whose profile will fit the training the most. We look forward to seeing you at this workshop in Montenegro.
