At the end of 2025, EDYN established a Supervisory Board further to strengthen its governance, transparency, and oversight framework. The creation of the Board reflects EDYN’s continued commitment to accountability and high organisational standards. The Supervisory Board is composed of three experienced professionals: Ms Monika Husenicová, Financial Manager; Mr Michal Príkopa, Attorney; and Mr Norbert Kurilla, Economist and Experienced Diplomat. Together, they bring a strong combination of financial, legal, and strategic expertise to support EDYN’s long-term development.
The role of the Supervisory Board is to monitor EDYN’s activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal statutes. Its responsibilities include reviewing annual financial statements and reports, inspecting organisational records, and identifying potential risks or deficiencies.
