We, the youth of EDYN from 23 European countries, are shocked and appalled by reports of unspeakable atrocities committed by the Russian army in Bucha and the surrounding areas in the Kyiv region. These premeditated and senseless acts of violence against the innocent civilian population are attacks against humanity and the international rules-based order.

We demand that our leaders and the relevant international bodies hold accountable those who have orchestrated and committed these war crimes. These inhuman actions should be considered in the International Criminal Court from Haag and all war criminals must be punished.

Our deepest condolences go to the families of those who have lost their lives, and to the all people of Ukraine. We are all Ukraine!
