Upcoming opportunities for EDYN members in 2023 Opportunities

EDYN is expanding and becoming more diverse, offering a wider range of activities and opportunities to its members. Stay tuned to discover what exciting things are in store for you.

PLAN OF EVENTS and ACTIVITIES 2023

Along with the activities organized by local Country Chapters, in 2023 we have arranged for a number of international in-person events. Our goal is to enhance the offerings for all EDYN members, resulting in more chances for involvement at all membership levels. Here is the schedule for the year’s activities.

  • ALL MEMBERS: March 26 – 31, 2023 Oxford University: 2 selected EDYN members will participate in the Rising Public Leaders Programme at the Blavatnik School of Government.
  • LC ONLY: March 26 – 29, 2023 Leadership Council Retreat: LC members will come to EDYN HQ in Bratislava to discuss amendments to the EDYN Charter and finalize their plans for 2023.
  • ALL MEMBERS: POSTPONED TO FALL 2023 Political Campaigning Training: A training on Political Campaigning in Bratislava will accommodate 12 EDYN members. Organized by EDYN HQ.
  • ALL MEMBERS: June 23 – 24, 2023 Program Design and Implementation Training: This training in Pristina, Kosovo will accommodate 10 – 12 EDYN members. Organized by NDI.
  • ALL MEMBERS: Trainings: 2-3 additional trainings will be held on different topics throughout the year. Concrete dates and locations will be shared in due course.
  • ALL MEMBERS: July 2- 8, 2023 Cambridge University: Post-Conflict Reconciliation and Future Building Summer Program in Cambridge and Belfast. A minimum of 10 EDYN members will be selected.
  • AMBASSADORS ONLY: The Annual Conference is scheduled for the fall of 2023
  • ALL MEMBERS: December 9 – 16, 2023 Political Twinning Trip to the USA: EDYN and the American Council for Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) will organize a political twinning trip for 8 EDYN members to Washington D.C. and to one additional city in the US.

Applications will be opened and processed through the EDYN webpage, candidates will be selected at the EDYN HQ with the help of the EDYN Leadership Council.

The details will be announced in advance to the concrete activities.
